Record fragrance-free preferences, pets and photo permission. Discuss other special requirements before approval.
Review a proposed scope and service team before accepting changes. A provider must separately accept its offer.
Read provider-reported service updates and agreed task reports, then accept completion or raise an issue.
Open a visit-specific case. Review the proposed response and decide whether the resolution is accepted.
Keep service requests and follow-up tied to the right property, with workspace access checked on the server.
STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Service updates are provider-reported, not GPS verification. Opt in to service emails and authorize repeat requests from a customer-accepted visit. Repeat requests need scope, timing, team and price review before booking. Photo uploads, customer invoices, text alerts and named CRM integrations are not part of the current pilot. No payment is taken by the public planner.
Start with a service request. We review the location, scope, provider capacity and proposed timing. A visit is confirmed through the customer and provider approval process.
The final price depends on the space, condition, tasks, frequency and delivery requirements. You review the proposed scope and price before approving. The public planner does not charge you or generate a binding quote.
Yes. You can request a reschedule or skip in the private workspace. Your existing appointment remains unchanged until the change is reviewed and confirmed.
Open an issue against the visit, describe what needs attention and review the coordinator’s proposed resolution. The customer controls whether that resolution is accepted.
We are beginning with a DFW pilot. Every location is reviewed for actual provider and backup capacity. Regional and national inquiries are welcome for review; a submitted ZIP does not confirm service coverage.
