ClearLark privacy

The public cleaning planner shows a draft checklist in your browser. When you confirm your contact details and submit the form, ClearLark / Homeowner Alliance saves your name, email, phone, ZIP and project information for inquiry review. An inquiry does not create an account, book a visit or take a payment. Downloaded checklists are saved on your device.

Contact and email choices

Your on-screen confirmation asks us to contact you about this request. Optional email receipts and inquiry updates are separate from marketing signup. Use the email-preference link in an inquiry email to stop those updates without signing in. Account service emails require your own opt-in in the workspace; you can switch them off there. We do not automatically publish your inquiry, feedback or contact details.

Your private workspace

Account registration, service locations, requests and provider applications are handled in Homeowner Alliance’s authenticated workspace. Its Privacy Notice and Terms of Use apply there. Do not enter access codes or sensitive information in the public planner.
